This service is generating unlock codes for Nokia and Lumia phones that comes from Rogers / Fido Canada.

Unlock codes are generated based on IMEI number.

How long it will take to complete my order?

Waiting time for this service is from 1  to 5 working days. This is usually 2 working days. The waiting time for orders placed on weekends / holidays will be counted from the nearest Monday (or the next business day after Christmas).

What exactly will i get after the order is completed?

That will be NCK code to unlock your phone. Sometimes there are two codes - one of them is correct.

How to enter the code on the phone?

For LUMIA models:

  1. Switch ON your phone with a not Accepted SIM Card,
  2. Enter the Unlock Code we send to you.
  3. Your phone is unlocked.

For some Lumia models (f.e. Lumia 610) you need to enter the code like this:

  1. Switch ON your phone with an Accepted SIM Card,
  2. Compose # # 782 # and press green call button
  3. There will be a field to enter the unlock code, enter the unlock code we sent you and comfirm
  4. After you enter the code you will see a massage: "This SIM card can only be used for specific networks and it is locked. Contact the customer service center to obtain the lock code. The number of remaining tests: 32. PUK Required"
  5. Then when you see a massage to enter PUK please enter the unlock code we sent you.

or when you have a massage "The number of remaining tries: XX. Please enter your PIN” - please enter your code 5 times and after 5 try the phone will ask for PUK code - then enter the unlock code

For NOKIA models:

  1. Switch ON your phone without SIM Card,
  2. Compose #PW+CODE+1#
  3. The phone show "SIM Restriction Off" and was unlocked.
  • The letter P appear after press 3 times quickly the button star (*)
  • The letter W appear after press 4 times quickly the button star (*)
  • The letter + appear after press 2 times quickly the button star (*)

This method may not work in all models. The other method is:

  1. Turn on your phone with a non-accepted SIM card inserted. It should state that the SIM is restricted,
  2. Press OK to be able to enter the unlock code. Then type: #pw+CODE+1# and press OK,
  3. Note: replace CODE with the unlock code we send you.

It is also possible to enter the code via USB cable. This may be necesary if your phone has a blocked code counter. In Nokia phones you may enter the code via keyboard only 3 times. If someone enter wrong codes you can use Nokia BB5 Utility.

  1. Download and run Nokia BB5 Utility
  2. Select option 5 from the list: SEND UNLOCK CODE
  3. In the field Unlock code enter only the code without  "#pw+" so just 15 digits
  4. Choose LEVEL - it is the last digit in code, eg #pw+27438392738473652+7# so Level: 7
  5. Click DO JOB
  6. If the code counter (from keyboard) is  3/3, select additional "Over Fbus"

Can I cancel my order once it is paid and in process?

Most of our services are performed automatically immediately after receiving the payment so we can not cancel the order if it is already in process. If you make a mistake, of course, please contact us. We will try to cancel or change the data.

What does those messages mean: "No code at supplier" and "Payment cancelled" ?

"No code at supplier" - Unfortunately there was no code for this imei in database. The transaction will be cancelled and you will get refund in 2-3 working days.
"Payment cancelled" - We could not unlock your phone, the money has been refunded to the account from which the payment was made. It usually takes 1-3 working days.

The codes are not working, what to do?

Please contact us for verify or possible assistance. If this not helps we will ask you to make a movie (video, can be made by a phone) on which we will be able to see:

1. The moment of generating imei number by typing *#06#
2. The moment of entering the code

We will send this movie to supplier and will give your money back (the transaction will be cancelled in 2-3 working days).

Strictly no refunds when:

  • Wrong service chosen - check operator before making an order if you are not sure.
  • There is no possibility to enter the code - check it before making an order.

Each user has 30 days (from the date of compltting the order) for filing a complaint.

I paid through Paypal and the status of my order is "in the verification." What to do?

If the email address you provided when registering is different from your Paypal ID you will get from us an automatic e-mail with a link (sent to paypal e-mail), in which you must click to complete the payment process - the status of your order will then be changed to "paid." Sometimes e-mail from us goes to spam / junk folder - please check. If you do not get such e-mail, please contact us, we will check payment and change order status "manually".
